Outside the office, Rea handles 19 grand-kids along with husband Bruce. She’s been in the business for over 20 years, and brings the warm personality you feel when you walk in the office. Rea’s role consists of sitting across the closing table from people who are buying or selling a home or who are refinancing their home loans. Her goal is to provide accurate information about the documents in a comfortable setting.

Brigham native Scott handles the searching and recording for Heritage West Title. Bringing to the table a crucial part of the process, Scott researches any and all ownership issues so that there are no unpleasant surprises after closing. His meticulousness adds a high quality to our work that we are very proud of. On top of his technical skills, Scott’s sense of humor and wit adds to the lighthearted tone of the Heritage West office.

Born and raised in Brigham City, Brandy serves her community as the Office Administrator at Heritage West. Her naturally gracious personality and penchant for organizing keep Heritage West operations running smoothly and efficiently. as possible. Outside of work, Brandy enjoys spending time with her four kids, caring for the bees in her apiary, reading, gardening and practicing her skills as a talented oil painter.

Kim calls Perry home and shows time and time again why she is the most honest and hardworking person for the job. She has a caring demeanor and a personal connection with more than half the people in town!
